Please turn off lights, ACs, and appliances when not in use to help manage consumption. • Cleaning Fees: A one-time cleaning fee ($70 or $50 for short stays) is included in your booking total. This covers pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning. • Deep Cleaning Fee: A $200 deep cleaning fee may apply if the home is left extremely dirty or rules (like indoor smoking) are violated. • Housekeeping: Light daily cleaning is available. You can also request extra cleaning services during your stay (extra charges apply). • Laundry: Guests may request use of the washing machine, iron, and ironing board, just inform the housekeeper. • Pool Maintenance: The pool is professionally cleaned four times a week, usually in the mornings to ensure it's in a perfect condition. • Rooftop Access: The rooftop terrace is available for your enjoyment. Events must be approved in advance and may incur a separate fee. • Security: Your safety is our priority. We offer 24/7 CCTV, electric fencing, and a dedicated on-site caretaker always present. • Water Supply: The property is connected to a reliable water source with backup storage to ensure that there is uninterrupted water access. • Events: Small gatherings may be allowed on the rooftop or by the pool with prior approval. Please inquire about event guidelines and any extra charges. • Road Condition: The road leading to Sugarville is a bit rough. We recommend driving slowly or using a high-clearance vehicle, it’s worth the trip!
