The Sítio has been a family retreat for more than 30 years, located in a rural area between Itatiba and Vinhedo, it is an ideal place for those seeking peace and tranquility less than 1:30 hours from São Paulo. We share with you what we want for ourselves: a place to disconnect and reconnect with your family, with nature and with yourself. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the upper floor with double beds and 1 on the lower floor with a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with bed and bath linens. In the living room, you will find a cozy space with sofas, a fireplace and an integrated dining room. The kitchen has a good structure of kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, a stove and a water filter. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, a table for 8 people, as well as a swimming pool, a vegetable garden and a backyard full of fruit trees. Guest access Access is via a side road between Vinhedo and Itatiba, with the entire path to the site being asphalt. We provide spaces on site to park your car and unload your luggage at your leisure. Other things to note We offer basic cleaning products for your arrival, if you need something more, it will be the responsibility of the guest. We offer a welcome basket with some seasonal products from the garden and orchard of the site. *Price may vary based on number of guests
