Vincenzo and especially Miky the cat (the real host, but he won't be there until mid-August) are happy to have you as guests in the beautiful town of Alba Adriatica, in their apartment not far from the sea, about 350 meters from the promenade in the central area. Located in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery, it enjoys excellent exposure. The space I grant families the entire apartment for exclusive use. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom, the latter usually occupied by the undersigned (new 18 cm memory mattresses), joined together by a useful 12 sqm balcony, facing south. There is a small bathroom with a shower and window. The living area consists of a living room with a kitchenette, with direct access to a veranda of about 10 square meters, equipped with awnings and a washing machine, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. In the living room there are two sofa beds with the possibility of opening one and having up to 3 beds available. Large garden below of 70 square meters that covers the two sides of the house, equipped with an umbrella, table and chairs. In front of the garden there is a large square where you can park for free. N.B.: I live in the house all year round, if I leave it free in August I will leave my personal belongings that will still occupy less than half of the space available. There will therefore be no shortage of wardrobes and drawers for guests. Guest access Guests can access the entire apartment: kitchen/living room, bathroom, veranda, balcony, garden.
