The space The Space - Fully renovated in 2024, Casa Meridiana is a spacious, comfortable apartment that occupies the entire ground floor of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. There is another three-bedroom property above, part of the same building, but both are completely separate apartments with their own private entrances. The only shared space is the parking area. The parking area has space for 4 cars, 2 per property. Casa Meridiana enjoys its own private garden and pool, with the neighbouring rental property having a similar private pool and outdoor dining area set up in the garden next door. - Private garden with patio and outside seating area. Large double doors open directly onto the decking and patio, seamlessly connecting the living space to the outdoors and revealing stunning views of the medieval Castello dei Vicari fortress. Casa Meridiana provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 or 7 guests across 3 spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms boast plush double beds, with one offering an additional sofa bed ideal for children or smaller adults. The third bedroom offers the flexibility of either a double or twin bed configuration, perfect for accommodating your group's needs. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms (one en-suite and one large family bathroom), both equipped with showers. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort, and the property offers wifi, central heating and a washing machine. The property enjoys the security of a gated entrance, with shared parking for upto 2 cars. Other things to note The village of Lari is less than half a mile away, and provides a selection of fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes and well-stocked small shops (including 2 butchers, a bakery and a greengrocers) all within easy walking distance. Larger shops and supermarkets can be found in either La Capannina or Ponsacco, both about 10 minutes drive away. Casa Meridiana places you at the heart of all that northern Tuscany has to offer.
