The space On the ground floor: - You have a nice entrance with a closet to store your shoes and jackets, as well as a washing machine. - The 60 m2 living room with its many bay windows allows an IN & OUT lifestyle. The room is extremely bright and friendly. The waxed concrete kitchen is open to the living room but also communicates with our beautiful wooden terrace. It is fully equipped: 4-burner gas stove, new Smeg oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, sandwich maker/steamer... You can eat your meals on the central island or on the table outside. In the continuity of the kitchen a lounge area facing our large bay window allows you to relax, drink coffee and enjoy the view of the exotic vegetation of our garden. And for naps or cocooning evenings, the TV lounge awaits you to bask. - Bedroom 2 consists of a double bed (160 X 200), a single bed and its private bathroom. It is a through room. It overlooks both the front of the garden and also opens onto the beautiful wooden terrace at the back of the house. It is equipped with a closet to store your clothes. - Bedroom 3, which opens to the front of the house, has a double bed (140 x 200), a private bathroom, a desk and a closet to store your clothes. - Toilet Upstairs a magnificent 30 m2 master suite giving access to a private 20 m2 rooftop terrace! You can even see the sea... It has a queen size double bed in 180 X 200, its toilet and a private bathroom. A large dressing room allows you to store your belongings. - We provide you with a 60 x 120 baby crib. If you wish to use it, we ask that you provide sheets for the baby bed only.
