Features a wonderfully boho open plan area, a big bedroom, a shower room, and a sofa bed for two extra guests in the main room. Expect a quality mattress, cotton sheets, vintage textiles, delicious interiors - and a comfortable and unique experience. Plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. Free parking is available in the street. The space Some more practical information......the flat is very large and easily big enough for four people. Its open plan with a bedroom at the back. The bathroom is between the two rooms and so all guests can access the bathroom without walking through a bedroom. There are Black out blinds to all windows for a good nights sleep. Please note we have a sofa bed which is 10cms smaller then a standard double bed. We also have a spare mattress if needed or if you feel the sofa bed is too small for two adults. I also have a topper for the sofa bed for added comfort plus bedding. There is a small kitchen in the space which is well equipped for cooking. There are two desks and a large dining table with six chairs. There is no washing machine but I can organise a service wash for you. Everything is at ground floor level and there is space for storing bikes and pushchairs by the front door. Guest access Key box. Code will be given two days before arrival. Other things to note The property is a large warehouse space with reclaimed mid century doors (everywhere!!) and with a mix of salvaged and new furniture of all periods. Its a lovely light space with lots of unique features. The bedroom at the back has an exposed brick and a unique curved ceiling built entirely in brick. We have a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. As an interior architect by profession I love interesting (but comfortable) items of furniture. There is Lots of mid century items, vintage Habitat and interesting textiles and framed prints. If you are into interesting interiors then this is the space for you. You can enter the street from both ends. The house was built in 1860 for the coachmen and their horses to service the wealthy families living in Cromwell Rd. One of the first ever silent films was made by James Williams in the 1860's who lived in one of the glass houses that used to be in Cambridge Grove (some are still there). Today its inhabited by both residents and a few businesses and is a lively and friendly neighbourhood. Tesco express is close to Hove station and if you head two blocks down to the sea (south or straight ahead as you emerge from the mews) you will find many restaurants, pubs and bars. Take a walk along the Promenade into the city to get your bearings and to experience the sea front.
