Other things to note Providing identification upon arrival is mandatory for all guests, kindly provide each guest Ids on Airbnb message. Please refrain from eating in bed to maintain cleanliness. Please note that our building does not have an elevator, so guests will need to use the stairs. We offer house staff service with a dedicated staff member who will handle any shopping needs for you. This way, you won’t need to go up and down for items from the shop. House staff is available from morning 10Am to 10 PM. Kindly note that the maid’s cleaning hours are from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Smoking is prohibited on the couch to ensure its longevity and cleanliness. Kindly inform us in advance if you require a car parking slot. Parking is free of cost but it should be at owner risk. Please note that on-site parking is not covered. If a space is available just outside the property, we will be happy to offer it. Otherwise, there are two parking grounds within walking distance, and we’ll assist you in parking your vehicle there. Our accommodation comfortably accommodates up to four people in our spacious 2BHK unit. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, smoking is only permitted in the lobby area. Please refrain from smoking in the rooms and drawing room. Any additional guests after check-in will incur a penalty of Rs 2000. Please ensure the number of guests matches the booking to avoid any inconvenience. Guests are not allowed to use decorations for any kind of event without prior permission. Any violation of this rule will result in a penalty of Rs 4000. Permissions will be needed to conduct any decorations on the floor. Guests are kindly requested to ensure the gas is turned off after use to prevent accidents and maintain safety. To avoid noise disturbances for neighbors and other people, quiet hours will be observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Staying beyond the designated checkout time will incur a charge of 999. Please follow the house timing to avoid any inconvenience. Kindly note, we primarily offer stays for families and do not accommodate parties. Additionally, please ensure all guests carry valid ID proof to be shared at the time of check-in. We provide towels, body wash, shampoo, and hand wash for your stay. Please note that items such as face wash, face cream, body lotion, and similar products are not included. We provide large towels according to the number of guests, along with two small towels. A water purifier is also available in the kitchen for drinking water. Please note that we only provide what is shown in the house listing photos.
