Welcome to this simple but stylish cabin house. Unique with it’s traditional wooden structure touched with it’s Scandinavian minimalism. Perfect for a couple or two friends on vacation. You find the cycle path next to the house from where you will reach the beautiful white sand beaches in 25 min, for surf and water sports or just relax. Just 5 min by bike to the centre of Léon, a picturesque French village. Enjoy nature walks just next to the house. The space 600 m2 garden with grass, 200 m2 terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. Privat parking, just next to the cycle path. The house is a 50m2 open space with a mezzanine(20m2), beautiful light from the openings towards all direction. No closed doors except the bathroom. Easy to get fresh air cycling in the house. Wooden external stores on the south side to protect you from heat if needed. Guest access 50 m2 open bottom area with kitchen and resting area, bathroom with space-full shower, cellar, plus a 20 m2 loft (180cm height in middle point) with comfortable kingsize bed. Other things to note It’s a wifi free house but there would be no problem to accès from your phone. Tv screen available to connect to your Netflix, prime, art TV of you would like to enjoy a movie. There’s a fan if needed but no air con. Opening the little window in the loft and downstairs terrasse door, you will get the air flowing.
