For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also comes with the following: ✔ Entertainment ✔ Self Check-In ✔ Washer ✔ Free use of Kayaks Other things to note Please refer to the last two images for access. You could use the stairs or the inclinator(the green one with the trail in the picture). Please note the maximum of TWO people is allowed for the inclinator at one time, and children need to be with an adult whilst in the inclinator. For safety concerns please watch out for your children at all times, as there is direct access to the water. Please note there is a noise monitor in the backyard. Please follow the quiet hour rule after 10 pm and respect the community. Never play music or talk on the balcony after 10 pm as our neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise. Stereo or speakers are restricted in the community. The property is built on a hillside and close to the water. Due to natural environmental conditions, the lower level may occasionally have a mild damp scent, especially during humid weather. We regularly monitor humidity levels and conduct professional inspections every three months to ensure the environment is well maintained. Most guests are comfortable, but if you are particularly sensitive to this, we kindly recommend taking it into consideration before booking. You can park your vehicle in the car park on our driveway or the street. Please don’t park in our neighbor's car park or driveway. Please notify us if you bring your personal watercraft (e.g. jet ski etc) before booking. Please notify us if there is extra guest/ visitor or arrangement for sofa bed required.
