Captivating Bush Beach Retreat

Relax with the whole family in this bush and beach retreat. Our Character home is on 4 acres of bushland, providing a serene backdrop. Enjoy your morning coffee with the sounds of nature, and your evening wine and cheese star gazing, around our outdoor fire pit, or cozy up inside near the fire place. Spend your days exploring bush walks or beach walks. You can also bring your boat for that fishing getaway, plenty of parking on site, and the 2Rocks marina is only a 10 minute drive. The space BEDROOMS Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) sleeps 2 - King Bed with ensuite (bathroom 1), room for porta cot, which we make available for our guest at no cost Bedroom 2 - sleeps 2 with Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - sleeps 2 with Queen bed Bedroom 4 - sleeps 2 with a single bed and a trundle We have a single fold out bed that can be used in the Kids play area, for that extra guest. The 3 bedrooms in the Kids wing area is serviced by a bathroom with a bath and a toilet. MAIN AREA The lounge, dining and Kitchen area, is open plan with pitch ceilings that feature beautiful exposed beams. This area also has a wood fireplace that will warm up the area, giving it a cozy feeling in the winter days. The whole house is serviced with reverse cycle air-conditioning, to keep our guests cool in summer and warm in winter. KITCHEN Our Kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs, pots, plates, cutlery, rice cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine (uses rosted beans. We provide our guests with 1 small container of coffee beans already loaded in our machine) toaster, kettle, flat toaster, and the basic kitchen appliances. LAUNDRY We have a washing machine, iron and ironing board, washing powder, bath towels, all bed linen, extra blankets, all available for you OUTDOORS One of my favorite things about our retreat is the wrap around veranda, where you can sit and enjoy a different view of our property, either with a coffee in the fresh hours of the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoons or evenings, simply choose the view of our bush block that you desire. The pool is a wonderful way to refresh and have fun in the hot summer days and nights. It features our outdoor vintage cane lounge set and a 6 seater dining table. It is a wonderful space to have fun, relax with a book, enjoy a meal or snacks with the whole family and/or friends. We have a small fire pit for you to enjoy just outside the back verandah, sky gaze on a fresh night, whilst roasting marshmallows. NOTE: Do Not use the small fire pit on our grass, it is only to be used on the paving area near the pool We also provide you with a Webber/BBQ for you to use and enjoy. PARKING There is plenty of parking for your boat, your jet skis and multiple cars. The 2 Rocks marina is only a 10 minute drive away. EXPLORING If you want to explore our local beaches, the closest beach is Sovereign Park, it is a 10 min drive, and it is one of our favorite beaches, kids friendly as it has a reef for the children to explore and enjoy safely. Loud Noise Shire and Estate Rules; We are a quiet and serene Estate and we would like our guests to honor this.
