High-End Lifestyle in Budapest Our fashion designed SMARTHOME is just middle of the centre and has a beautiful and silent view to Oktogon Square and Andrassy Avenue. Located in a classical building surrounded with luxury stores such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Dior, Gucci, Rolex etc. Modern and well equipped. Extras: pamut satin beddings, vegan naturalcosmetics, floor heating, AC in every rooms, smart TV with free streaming chanels, mobile chargers, portable wifi and bluetooth hifi and TABLET The space The building is well maintained and there is elevator but you need to walk few steps up to the main entrance. Anything you need during your stay you find in our apartment and walking distance even monuments, luxury stores, bars, clubs, restaurants, mall public transport and local market. If you like our apartment you can trust in my taste as well :-) Guest access You can enjoy the full apartment and hope you feel like at home or even better :-) It is fully equipped 2BHK apartment: living room + 2 bedrooms + 2 baths (one with shower and the other one with bath tub). Up to 4 people sleeping is allowed in the bedrooms only. We have 2 double bed 160 cm wide (queen size) with double blankets. If you want separated single blsnkets please inform me when you make your reservation. If you want to use sofa for sleeping you have to book for min 5 ppl or ask for extra topper mattress and we add the extra fee to your booking. Using sofa for sleeping without special bedding cause you extra cleaning fee for the sofa and penalty if we need to cancel the following guest. Kitchen: you will find all basic things for cooking and we provide coffee capsules and tea. Salt and Pepper and olive oil. Bathrooms: ionic hair dryer, basic cosmeticsand towels. We provide vegan and naturecosmetics such as cream soap shower gel shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and body lotion. In the walk in closet: iron, iron board, clothes hanger and drying rack and some extra blankets in case you need it. Washing machine and dryer in the laundry place same as some cleaning tools if you need. In the living room you will find mobile chargers adapter and bluetooth hifi and speaker snd the tablet to navigate the full system in one hand. Other things to note This is a residential building so you have to keep quiet in common areas such as courtyard elevator and stairways. Especially late night. We considered a low cleaning fee so please leave the apartment eslecially the kitchen clean and organised after yourself if you do not want to pay extra for cleaning. Thank you!
