You will love this place! Immediately when you walk in the door you will feel a calm atmosphere where you can relax after a long day at work or passing through on your travels. The location of my place can't be beat- right next door to rec centre with state-of-the-art fitness center, running track, gymnasium, outdoor water park and hot tub. So many beautiful trails to walk, bike, or run right outside the front door! The space You will be 25 minutes from Joffre Nova Chemicals (so it's perfect for temporary shutdown workers) and 15 minutes from Red Deer and Lacombe, 1 hour to Edmonton International Airport, 1 hour 20 min to Calgary International Airport. Quick access to highway 2 and all amenities and grocery stores within a couple blocks. Free parking on site. Guest access Ground floor, easy access. You will have a cozy room with Queen bed, big closet, dresser, black out blinds and TV, as well as your own bathroom. If I am home, the kitchen, laundry room and living area will be a shared space. Hooks inside front door are for you to use, as well as the closet in your room. main closet inside front door is not for guest use. The bathroom you will use is private and will only be used by you. During your stay Feel free to reach out via AirBnB chat with any questions and concerns. If I am home during your stay and the space is being shared, I tend to keep to myself and give us both privacy. I can interact with you as little or as much as you would like. Edit: I am currently working from home for the winter so I will be in the space every day and so will my cat, so if that bothers you, then you will need to find another place to stay :) Other things to note I have a cat. If I am home when you request to stay, she will be in the home, too, but if I am away, she will be with me. I keep a very clean and tidy home and take pride in my space, so I expect guests to clean up after themselves after cooking, not leave messes around, etc. I provide laundry detergent for you to use to wash your clothes, as well as tea and k cups for coffee but if you have a preference, feel free to bring your own :)
