The 3.7 acre property backs onto endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in. The space The guesthouse is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and backs on to endless greenspace. The building was built in 2023 and is an apartment built atop a garage. The guesthouse is located on the same property as the owners. The owners are a family of four, plus an old dog "baby", that have lived on the property since 2012. The guesthouse was designed and built to minimize interaction between the owners and guests. The deck faces south to maximize sun exposure. The backyard has a grass lawn and is very private. The space is well suited for business people, families, or travelers. Guest access Guests will have full access to enjoy our beautiful park-like property. There is a large private deck and backyard for guests to use. The property backs on to endless green space with unlimited walking, skiing and biking trails. Arrangement could be made to use the owners recreation equipment. Other things to note The kids ages are 7 (boy) and 5 (girl). They enjoy playing with other kids and would be happy to share their toys. If guests are interested in any specific tours, we can chat about arranging something. For example, I can provide fly-fishing tours, mountain biking tours, or birdwatching tours.
