Shared spaces include the front enclosed porch, back deck, backyard, and laundry room. Other things to note We welcome your pet, but please note the yard is unfenced. Pet must stay on leash when outside to abide by local law (and to keep your furry friend safe!) While Sebring is a rural town, this is urban and multi-unit living. You may hear your neighbors during your stay.
