This room has only 1 single bed, smart TV, portable work desk, chair, window overlooking backyard patio, wardrobe shelves, lamp. This room is at an extremely discounted price due to the inconvenience of having to utilize the shared full bathroom and half bathrooms on the 2nd and third floor of the townhome. The shared laundry room is also on this floor, additional sitting area (includes 2 love seats), and the sliding back door that leads to the back fenced in backyard. Guest access You have access to all common areas in the house. You have access to a full bathroom on the third floor of the house and a half bathroom on the second floor of the house During your stay My husband or I come by once a week to do a cleaning of the common areas and to gather the trash. Other things to note located on the 1st floor along with one other room on this floor. Very peaceful, because you are away from majority of the other rooms located on the 3rd level of this townhome. There is a mini fridge and single cup coffee maker on this level right outside this room for convenience to store your code drinks and snacks.
