1894 Colonial - Modern Updates

Located close to Villanova University, Bryn Mawr College Haverford College, & Rosemont College, this colonial home (built in 1894) has everything that you would want in an AirB&B rental. High ceilings (10’) & doorways that are 7.5’ tall. There is plenty of space all around the home for socializing & kids can be separated from the adults on the 3rd floor or in the sunroom when adults socialize.Plenty of TVs throughout! Great patio!Check out the pictures & let me know if you have any questions. The space This is a great house! Five bedrooms, four & 1/2 bathrooms. Huge eat in kitchen, dining room, large living room, & a large sunroom. There are 6 TV’s throughout the house. Huge backyard with a fire pit & horseshoe pits as well. Wonderful stone patio off the kitchen with teak dining table with 8 chairs. Guest access Entire house is yours! Other things to note There is a chicken coop in the backyard, I will stop by during your stay to check on them. I will text you before I stop by & I will not come in the house.
