Apartment 2804 is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the seafront in Bocagrande. In Bocagrande you can have quick and easy access to the beaches, historic downtown, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and all kinds of shops. Apartment 2804 is located in the Palmetto building, facing the beach, and offers amenities such as a swimming pool for adults and children, a restaurant, a gym, and a Turkish bath. The space This beautiful apartment accommodates a maximum of six people. It's located in front of the ocean with a majestic view from the balcony and rooms. You'll love it!!! Apartment layout: The dining room and living room accommodate up to 6 people, are very comfortable and comfortable to share as a family. This area has brand new cable TV and air conditioning. The kitchen area is fully equipped. Suitable and ready for food preparation. The kitchen is new, open, with brand new equipment and utensils, to provide greater comfort to the guest. Guest access The Palmetto building has a panoramic lobby with a beautiful view of the pools, two reception areas for greater comfort for guests who have waiting rooms. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in the Palmetto building and parties are not allowed in the apartments. The pools are open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, except on Tuesdays when they are under maintenance and open from 12:00 PM. It is very important to note the requirements that must be taken into account when registering and/or checking in at the Palmetto building for guests and visitors in the city of Cartagena, to comply with the control entities that govern tourist establishments in Colombia: 1. If you are a foreigner, you must show your valid passport at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building. 2. If you are a foreigner of Venezuelan nationality, you must present your valid Passport and/or your valid Stay Permit at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building. 3. If you are of Colombian nationality, you must present your Citizenship card if you are of legal age or your Identity Card and/or Civil Registry if you are a minor at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building. 4. Minors must register with their parents, otherwise the adult in charge of the minor must bring a permit authenticated by the minor's parents authorizing the person accompanying the minor to register and/or check in at the Palmetto building, as a preventive measure for the protection of children in Colombia. 5. At the time of registration, the Palmetto building charges $50,000 for the bracelet as a right to use its common areas, which must be worn throughout the stay of the reservation in the Palmetto building. Visitors to the apartments can enter from 9 am to 9 pm. They can only be in the apartments but cannot use the building's common areas. Up to 3 visitors are accepted at a time in the apartment. Visitors must provide their current ID to register in the Palmetto building. If you are a foreigner, you must present your valid passport. If you are Colombian, you must present your citizenship card if you are an adult, or your identity card and/or civil registry if you are a minor. If the minor is not accompanied by their parents, the adult responsible for the minor must provide a notarized permission from the minor's parents, authorizing the adult in charge of the minor.
