The space The property, which can accommodate up to 21 people, 1 child and 3 babies, is a former farmhouse composed of several outbuildings. 2 buildings have allowed the creation of 3 dwellings (1 independent (FALE LU) and 2 adjoining dwellings (FALE TAHI and FALE TOLU). The 2.5 Ha property is enhanced by a 3500 m² fishing pond. FALE LUA The 70 m² detached house can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby. It consists of a 17 m² fitted kitchen, a 13 m² living room with sofa, a shower room with toilet and a large 60 m² covered terrace. Upstairs, two adjoining bedrooms: a first 17 m² with a 140 double bed and a 90 bed and a second 20 m² bedroom with a double bed (160), a 90 single bed and a crib with bars. A washing machine is located in an adjoining 10 m² cellar for the storage of your bicycles, fishing equipment or other items. FALE TOLU (completely renovated in 2024: the exteriors are being developed...) A semi-detached house in FALE TAHI of about 100 m² can also accommodate up to 6 people and 1 baby. It is composed on the ground floor of a large 40 m² living room with equipped fitted kitchen, dining table and living room with pond views and 1 toilet. Upstairs, a first bedroom of about 10 m² with a large 160 bed, a second bedroom with 2 90 beds, a shower room and 1 toilet and finally a top floor in the mezzanine under the roofs with 2 90 beds. Access via a Japanese-style staircase. Outside, 2 terraces, one facing south and the other facing west, allow you to enjoy the sunrise or sunset... FALE TAHI The 3rd and last house of 120 m² (attached to FALE TOLU) can accommodate up to 9 adults, a child and a baby. It is composed, on the ground floor of: - a 40 m² living room with fitted kitchen and TV lounge, - bedroom 1 equipped with a 160 2-person bed and 1 90 1-person bed, - a shower room, - a toilet and a large 30 m² terrace. Upstairs, three bedrooms: - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160 with 1 single bed 90 - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160 with a children's bunk bed, - Bedroom 4: 1 single bed 90 - a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet The 30 m² south-facing terrace opens onto a 500 m² plot. Small detail: the beds will be made upon your arrival! You just have to bring your towels... (Supply possible at extra cost) Guest access You can enjoy the outdoors: take a nap on the deckchairs in the shade of the property's large trees or on the south-facing or covered terraces according to your wishes and the weather (!!) while your children enjoy the playground with climbing wall, swing and slide. You can also have a barbecue or picnic by the pond, perhaps trying to catch fish (always catch and release!) Other things to note Access to the pond is secured by a gate, however, children remain under the responsibility of parents in its vicinity.
