Welcome to our Guest Suite at RainDance. The neighborhood offers a ton of amenities, visit raindancecolorado .com for all the details on the 18 hole premier golf course, river resort pool and more. RainDance (Windsor) is centrally located in Northern Colorado; 12 miles from CSU, 13 miles from UNC, 8 miles to Loveland, and only 41 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. Golf courses, hiking, Budweiser Event Center and more all nearby. The space In this private 500 square foot suite that has it's own entrance and patio you will find a living space with a King bed, dining table, large comfy chair and a 60" TV. This space also has a wet bar, plus a coffee bar with microwave and fridge. Walk in closet has a washer and dryer for any laundry needs. Spacious bathroom with separate toilet room. There is a porch with private fence outside your front door with patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Everything is brand new as of 2023! Guest access Guest will have a separate entrance on the side of the house with Key pad lock. Along with one designated parking space right by entrance. Other things to note We do have small children so you may hear some noise but we will do our best when you have guest to keep them quite.
