Cozy Winter Hideaway Near Sea & Design District

Our warm and private home is located between trendy Punavuori (a.k.a. Helsinki Design District) and lovely Ullanlinna (where the posh people live). The area is filled with cosy cafés and restaurants, close to Kaivopuisto and the sea, with a tram and bus stop just around the corner. The building we live in is a hundred years old, and the flat has it's own private entrance and a small patio in front where you can enjoy your morning coffee, weather permitting. The space Enjoy the peace and quiet of a very centrally located flat with it's own private entrance, separate from the rest of the building. The apartment is on the first floor of a house that is over a hundred years old and used to be the caretakers flat in combination with a laundry room. A few years ago we completely remodeled the space, creating a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a quiet area for work and cosy bedroom with a sunny and bright en suite bathroom.
