Pets allowed! Two luxurious bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom. Designer kitchen with cooking island, MIELE appliances, SAECO espresso, QUOOKER, EV-Charger. Built in 2024 and equipped with all modern conveniences and beautiful materials. You will immediately feel at home here! The space -General / Parking - The stylish accommodation can be reached from the private parking garage with the modern fast elevator or the designer stairwell. The accommodation has its own parking space with private EV-Charger (for a fee - via RFID or bank card). Included in your booking is one (1) private parking spot in the underground parking garage. If desired, additional parking spaces can be booked (if available - additional costs apply). In the entire center of Zell am See paid public parking is applicable. Access to the parking garage and the accommodation works via a unique access code. -Hallway/Wardrobe- You enter the apartment in the cozy hall with wardrobe. -Living Room- Then on the right (south side) you will find the living room with comfortable seating area and large smart TV with a SONOS sound bar. -Kitchen/Dining room- On the left is the designer kitchen with cooking island and scullery, as well as the spacious dining table that is centrally located. The kitchen is equipped with MIELE appliances (microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher) and a BORA induction hob. You can directly tap boiling, cold or sparkling water from the Quooker. With the SAECO espresso machine (coffee beans included), you can prepare a delicious espresso, cappuccino or latte macchiato in no time. The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people. -Master Bedroom- From the living room you reach the master bedroom with two king-size beds (linked together), a private luxurious bathroom, a desk and a smart TV. -Second Bedroom- On the other side is the second luxurious bedroom. This is also equipped with two king-size beds (linked together). This bedroom also has its own luxurious bathroom and a smart-TV. -Outdoor terrace- The apartment has a spacious outdoor terrace with a comfortable lounge set, large round table with 4 chairs and a beautiful green garden. -Facilities / Ski- In the basement there is a private room belonging to the accommodation. This is equipped with its own MIELE washing machine and its own MIELE dryer. In the winter period, this room is also suitable for storing skis and accessories. The room has a ski boot dryer and a ski glove dryer. -Facilities / Bicycle- There is a closed bicycle room at the rear of the house. During the summer period it is possible to store your bicycle here. The room is equipped with power points to charge your electric bicycle. There is a service station available to perform (light) maintenance on your bicycle. -Other- The entire accommodation is air-conditioned. It is allowed (in consultation) to bring a pet. Our caretaker lives in the region of Zell am See. Communication is possible on site, by telephone, Whats-App and email. Other things to note The kind request to our guests: - please collect all towels and bed linen from the accommodation upon departure - turn off all air conditioning upon departure - separate the waste into glass, plastic and residual waste. Upon departure, deposit the waste in the appropriate containers in the waste area downstairs - leave all sun blinds up - turn off all lights. This can be done in one go via the 'HOUSE OFF' switch at the front door - if you have any food left over, you do not have to throw it away. We can still deliver these to charity organizations - leave the accommodation tidy - report any damage immediately. We have professional equipment to repair this. For example, in the case of stains, we can usually remove them without damage - report any damage or imperfections immediately upon arrival - respect the adjacent neighbours. Do not engage in parties, loud music or other nuisance activities. Please respect the sleep of our neighbours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m - report any suspicious situations or nuisance from other neighbours immediately to us - enjoy a well-deserved holiday :)
