All units have been rehabbed with modern finishes. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a shared bathroom, and 2 bedrooms on the second floor with a shared bathroom. All tenants are quiet, respectful and working professionals. There are house rules to maintain this. We screen all and maintain a clean property with respectful tenants. Guest access All common areas are shared, furnished, clean and ready to use. Guest's rooms will be private with an individual lock. There is a front and back door. Only tenant's and management have entry. No guests allowed. During your stay Interaction is welcomed but not required. This is a place to work and rest.
