This 20-m2 modular house has a full kitchen and bathroom, TV with Chromecast, WiFi, and off-street parking inside a fenced yard. Take a 10-min tram ride to Old Town and then come back here to relax on the terrace, have a wood-fired sauna (30 euros), or walk to the sea. The boutiques and cafes of Põhjala Tehas are also just a short walk through Kase Park – enjoy the best of the city with the peace of the countryside at the same time. The space You will have the garden cottage completely to yourself. It features a small living room with kitchen, as well as a bedroom area with a bathroom and shower, and it sits on a large fenced property just behind the main house, where I live with my nine-year-old son. Other things to note Please note that the washing machine is available to use upon request in the main house.
