Located near the UNESCO village of Saltaire on the outskirts of Bradford You are in the midst of wonderful walks near bluebell woods, River Aire & canal. 17 mins walk to Saltaire train station, 15 mins to Bradford on the train/12 mins to Leeds. This is a 3 bedroomed property. to which 2 bedrooms are available for guests, the other is for the host. Shared bathroom. Wifi, use of kitchen, back & front gardens, 30 secs to the river. Rural aspect. The space This is a double bedroom with a double bed which can accommodate 1 or 2 people. There is a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. There is also another double bedroom which sleeps 2 more people if you are coming as a group of up to 4. . You can book this also if a larger group. The host also may live at the property. Pets are allowed by request. Large garden at the rear and a small garden at the front. There is free parking on a street nearby. My address is at the end of a cul de sac down Larch Grove. You are not likely to get parking in the cul de sac so you must park on another street or you can park on Hirst Lane near the bakery and walk over the bridge at Hirst Lock. There is free wifi at the house. Guest access Guests have access to their own bedroom, shared bathroom, shared living room, shared kitchen, shared back garden and shared front garden. During your stay This can be as little or as much as you want, either in person or by telephone. Other things to note Please contact the host if you are bringing a dog. No parties or events. Quiet time 9 pm to 8 am. No outside visitors. If using kitchen, wash up and clean up after use so that all surfaces are clean for next person to cook. Clean bath after use. No smoking indoors. Outside in the garden is fine. All loss or damage to the property or the loss of keys must be paid for.
