Brisas del Mar offers beach access, canal front, boat dock, swim deck, putting green, heated pool, expansive outdoor living space, all in a beautifully appointed, spacious oasis. The space Brisas del Mar is an absolute gem, tucked away just off A1A in beautiful Butler Beach. Here you'll find a gorgeous retreat with everything you need to make your stay magical. Whether you are vacationing with your immediate or extended family, friends or your bachelor/bachelorette party, we want you to experience a stay like you've never experienced before. This is a unique property as it has 2 separate units that are included in your nightly rate. The downstairs/main floor unit has a king bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with counter seating for 5, living room with sleeper and laundry. It is on the same level as the pool, pool bath, outdoor shower, outdoor living and dining space, dock, putt putt, games, etc... This is great for those guests that may have difficulty with stairs or parents or teenagers looking to get away from the rest of the group or those seeking some privacy. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms (1-king, 1-queen, 1-double bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, open kitchen/living area with counter seating for 4, dining table for 8, laundry and expansive deck overlooking the pool, canal, dock and backyard oasis. Included in your stay: Canal front property with access to the intercoastal waterway and Matanzas Inlet, private pool, private boat dock, swim platform, outdoor living sanctuary with multiple gathering areas under decks illuminated with cafe lights and breezy palm trees. We offer kayaks, paddleboards, beach toys, bikes, boogie boards. How about a friendly game of corn hole or putt-putt? There is a private beach access ramp within a 0.2 mile walk of the property (beach cart provided to easily transport all you need for a day at the beach) or drive your vehicle directly on the beach and pick a perfect spot to set up beach chairs, umbrella and cooler (all provided with your stay). After a relaxing and fun day at the beach, return to experience a remarkable sunset from one of three outdoor spaces. Our home is a wonderful experience for families with older children. Please review all photos and take note that we are located directly on a canal and not optimal for young children, as it is not childproofed and the pool and canal are right outside the back door. Please contact us through an inquiry or an email to discuss if Brisas del Mar would be a good fit for your family BEFORE requesting to book. Only those guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless otherwise approved in advance. Immediate cancellation without refund for not adhering to this policy. We take this seriously for your safety, our neighbor’s comfort and safety and for insurance purposes. We do allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee of $150 per dog. Dogs must be kenneled if left alone on the premises. When off property, dogs must be leashed at all times. Dogs must be included at time of booking/reservation and included on the signed rental agreement. Guest with dogs will be required to agree to basic home pet care and good neighbor rules (no excessive barking). ALL dog waste must be properly cleaned up, additional cleaning charges will apply if this is not adhered to. Guest access Guest will have full access to the decks, boat dock, main dock, swim platform, pool, putting green, front yard, carport, outdoor living space, outdoor shower, pool bath, bike storage, and both levels of the home. If you utilize the paddleboards, kayaks, beach carts, beach chairs, cooler, please rinse them when finished and put them back in the same location/fashion you found them. Bikes are in the storage shed outside of the pool bath. Please return them to the shed when finished. Other things to note This is our home and we love sharing it. We ask that you treat it as you would your own home. This makes us very happy and eliminates bad karma and additional charges. Please be courteous to our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Outside cafe lights are on a timer and do not need to be turned on or off. It can get very windy, please mind any loose items, such as towels, grill/firepit cover, ping-pong table cover, etc... when not in use, please secure these items. Do not take dishes, glasses, cups, silverware to the beach. Do not use glass containers (cups, wine glasses, glasses) in or around the pool. There are melamine glasses provided. The dumbwaiter is for convenience in sending drinks/snacks between floors. It is NOT to be used to transport humans, pets or objects weighing more than 15 lbs. You are on open water. All members of your party (children, dogs, inebriated guests) are your sole responsibility. We are a phone call or a text away should you need anything.
