This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of Livradois Forez. Its calm and stunning views of the Puy chain will enchant you and make you forget the hassles of everyday life. Close to all amenities, a nautical base (lake, tree climbing, mountain biking, pedal boats...) and small local producers, you will find something to delight the whole family. Nicolas and Emmanuelle The space This old 19th century farmhouse, located on the heights of a hamlet of four houses, will offer you a magnificent view, quiet, lulled by the gentle sound of the water of a spring that flows at the foot of its land. Guest access The house offers a large living room dining room, with equipped kitchen and fireplace. Next to it is a large living room with wooden floor, a wood stove and all the comforts to rest and relax. Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms with new bedding, as well as a bathroom and toilet. Toilets are also present on the ground floor. All completely renovated. Other things to note As for its geographical location, the house is 6 km from the first local shops. The first big city (Issoire) is about 25 km away and Clermont Ferrand is less than an hour's drive away. The towns of Ambert and La Chaise Dieu are about half an hour away. The Super Besse ski resort is about an hour away, as is Sancy.
