High-quality and peaceful villa with its own beach

Welcome to a relaxing holiday at Villa Kovallan (villa 90 m2, beach sauna & kitchen 23 m2) in Kerimäki, on the shores of Lake Paasselkä. The villa was built in 2009. Villa Kovalla is the perfect place to spend a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. The villa is well equipped, and the fireplace offers atmospheric evenings. The villa overlooks the lake. In addition, in the sauna building, you can enjoy the soft steam from the wood stove while admiring the Saimaa lake scenery directly from the sauna benches. There is a Valugrill in the yard. The space The villa is suitable for up to 10 people. The villa is our second home: no pets, no partying. The villa has a functional and spacious floor plan: downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, separate toilet, laundry room, shower and sauna with a wood stove. Upstairs, you'll find a lobby and another bedroom with two 80 cm beds, as well as a balcony with a lake view. In front of the villa, there is a covered terrace overlooking the lake. In the living room of the villa and the upstairs lobby, you will find sofas that can be spread out into sofa beds. The beach sauna has a kitchenette, shower & toilet and a sauna with a wood stove. All rooms in the lakeside sauna have a direct view of the lake. The lakeside sauna is a short walk to the beach, where you can jump in to refresh yourself in the clean lake water. The beach is private and quiet, sandy and partly rocky. The sofa in the kitchen can be spread out to become a sofa bed. There is a cast iron grill at your disposal in the yard. Grilling with wood that is included in the rent, or if you prefer, with your own charcoal or briquettes. Firewood can be found in the woodshed. The garage outbuilding is not at your disposal. Please bring your own linens and towels. Alternatively, we can rent linens and towels for 15 euros per guest. The rent includes one set of linens and one bath and hand towel per guest. The tenant will do the final cleaning. Otherwise, a charge of 150 euros will be made. Tap water is suitable for washing, dishwashing and, for example, cooking potatoes, but we do not recommend drinking it. So please bring your own drinking water. The villa is about 45 minutes' drive to Savonlinna (~50 km) and 30 minutes' drive to Kerimäki (~30 km). PLEASE NOTE! The beach sauna is not available between November and March. Guest access You can drive your car straight to the front of the villa. The yard can accommodate several vehicles. Other things to note The rent includes firewood for the sauna, fireplace and the Valugrill yard grill. Tap water is suitable for washing, dishwashing and, for example, cooking potatoes, but we do not recommend drinking it. So please bring your own drinking water. The villa is peaceful and is located on a large private plot. There is no direct view of the neighboring plots from the yard, so you will enjoy your visit in complete peace and quiet.
