Peaches Place is a cozy 440 sf. home, set back from the street with a big front yard for a sense of privacy while still being in a close-knit community. It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fitted with granite countertops and slate flooring. Appliances include: a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, and a 1964 General Electric antique push-button stove. The home has both a dining nook and living room area with a 43″ flatscreen television. Natural light floods the room from the many windows. The bathroom has a detachable shower head and shelving for any extra bathroom accessories. We also provide a pack-n-play for infants. Peaches Place, although small, offers a unique experience that will soon be your favorite place to stay when visiting Fort Wayne. Can’t wait to see you there! Two blocks to your north, you will find Fort Wayne’s only Italian Market and the neighborhood coffeeshop, The Friendly Fox. Around the corner is a gas station and Tasty’s Carry-out Pizza Parlor. Foster Park, which is 218 acres and only a 15 minute walk away, offers: an 18 hole golf course, two tennis courts, children’s playground, pavilions, dog park, community gardens, and even a bridal area. There are also soccer fields, baseball fields, and a rivergreenway which passes through the park allowing for people to walk, run, and bike through the nature trail. Located 7 minutes from the Downtown City Center and only five minutes from The Clyde Theater concert hall. There are sidewalks throughout the neighborhood to get to local attractions. Also, there is public parking along the street and private parking for one car in the gravel side drive. There are also ride services available for public transportation. There is a full-sized fold down sofa that can accommodate two more guests.
