This is Spazzio diRoma, the newest hotel in Caldas Novas!! Guests have free access to one of the best parks in Caldas Novas, the famous 'ACQUA PARK/SPLASH' (the PHOTO PARK) and also the hotel's swimming pools. *We do not give discounts on daily rates. *Attention We work with several apartments* The space The Hotel Spazzio Diroma has a garage for one car, swimming pools (heated), restaurant, bar, toy library, game room, fitness center and a mom's pantry. The apartment contains: a double bed and a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, chairs, television, pillows, microwave, refrigerator, safe, glasses, dishes and cutlery. *WE DO NOT HAVE A STOVE The difference of this apartment is that Our guests * DO NOT PAY ANYTHING * at the entrance of Acqua Park (THE PHOTO PARK) during their stay. - Children and adolescents unaccompanied by their parents must present an authorization signed by the parents and notarized.(We have an authorization template if you need it. - The apartment only accommodates 4 people (babies also count). It is not possible to have more than that, as it is a hotel rule to control the number of people in the Park. - Daily cleaning is included in the package, except for kitchen items, which must be delivered clean by the guest. - The daily rate does not include bed and bath linens; you can bring them or contract this service. - We'll give you the phone number of the rental company; they'll take and pick up the linens at the hotel according to the date you request. -BED LINEN PRICES Amounts are per period, i.e. while you are staying. If there is a change of linen, the amount will be charged again. We provide these items as a courtesy! - WE DO NOT HAVE A STOVE - - FOOD IS NOT INCLUDED - *ATTENTION (the photos in this listing have the updated values of the meals). - Guests are entitled to a parking space. - Animals of any kind are prohibited. -CHECK-IN: 2:00 p.m. -CHECKOUT: 11:00 a.m. - After check-out, the guest will no longer have access to the club, as per hotel rules. Exceptions cannot be made!! - If the apartment is free and clean, the guest can enter before 2 p.m. at no additional cost. - Guests must communicate the rescheduling at least 7 days in advance for check-in, after which there will be no refund or rescheduling. -A fine of R$ 140.00 for each HOUR over the check-out time. - In cases of no-show at check-in, no refund will be made and the reservation will remain active during the contracted days. NOTE: The WATER PARK closes on Thursdays for maintenance except in the months of January and July, and also on holidays. - It is not allowed to take beverages and food to the pool area. - The voltage of the city of Caldas Novas is 220V. Guest access You can use everything you see in the photos and read in the description. Both the condominium's own swimming pools and the 'Diroma Acqua park' water park next door. Access is on foot.
