MURMUR Chalet is a hidden gem, recently completed. Located away from the noise and crowds, in a 3000 sqm courtyard with a stone fountain in the courtyard, an orchard with fruit trees, acacias that surround a large part of the land (and give privacy), a pavilion hidden among the trees, a barbecue, a hammock area and a small stream that passes through the land. In the yard you can park 4-5 cars. It is about 15-20 minutes from Sinaia and about an hour from Bucharest. The space MURMUR Chalet has 400 sqm and is arranged on 4 levels, as follows: - High basement - an apartment with a large and very bright bedroom, private bathroom with bathtub and a room with sofa bed. Also here is the technical room, equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and an additional bathroom with shower; - Ground floor - a living room of 85 sqm with dining area, with a wonderful panoramic view, table for 16 people, TV with a diagonal of 125 cm, audio station and karaoke system as well as a kitchen of 25 sqm, equipped with 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, stove and dining place; - Floor: - a room with a double bed, private bathroom, balcony and an internal staircase leading to the attic; - a simple room with a double bed and a balcony; - a room with an extendable sofa on the first level, a balcony and an interior staircase leading to an attic apartment - 2 rooms, one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed, a desk and a small balcony; - a simple room with a double bed and a balcony; - a room with a double bed, private bathroom, 2 balconies and an interior staircase leading to the attic, where there is a small seating area. Also upstairs there are 2 bathrooms in the hallway, spacious and bright. Because the spectacle of nature is divine, we only have TV in the living room, but there is wi-fi everywhere. And we have big windows everywhere, balconies in every room, lots of stars in the sky, fresh air, 3 cats guarding the yard, and a family of squirrels guarding the trees. Other things to note Things to do in the area: For winter sports lovers, Sinaia is just a half-hour drive away. A few minutes away from us is Horses4U - an equestrian center for beginners and advanced riders (for which forest trails are also organized), where we can admire some wonderful Friesian horses, but also some very nice ponies. For golf lovers, Lac de Verde Golf is less than 10 minutes away, with a playing area of 6.5 ha, being the only golf course in Romania naturally located subalpine, at an altitude of 550 m. Other nearby attractions: - Peleș Castle - 28 km; - George Enescu Memorial House - 28 km; - Posada Cinegetic Museum - 15 km; - Cantacuzino Castle - 33 km; - Slănic Prahova Salt Mine - 45 km; - Doftanei Valley - 25 km; - Scropoasa Lake - 45 km. If you like to cook, our kitchen is super equipped and you can cook pretty much anything you like. You can stock up at Mega Image, Penny or Profi, located in the city center, about 10 minutes away by car. If you want a super organic and tasty omelet, we put you in touch with Aunt Lenuța - our neighbor, who has 80 chickens that fly freely through the yard and who gives us the best eggs in Romania. If you feel like barbecue, you can get the best meat for grilled minced meat rolls from Aleea Nucilor or organic meat and vegetables from Breaza Market. If you don't feel like cooking or barbecuing in the yard, you can order or eat at Pizzeria Breaza, Aleea Nucilor Restaurant or Urban 61 Breaza.
