The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor and a spacious bunkroom/loft upstairs. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: queen bed with private bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower, jacuzzi bathtub and dual vanity. Main floor. Bedroom 2: queen bed, main floor. Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, main floor. Bedroom 4: 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds designed for smaller children, TV and small flip chair. Located upstairs. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, flat top electric range, dishwasher and microwave, drip coffee maker (bowl filters), toaster, pots, pans, bakeware, cutting boards, mixing bowls, and plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. There is a large center island with granite countertops and seating for four as well as a large dining table for 8 that overlooks the front yard. Living Rooms: Perfect for movie night, the family room has a reclining sofa and a GIANT smart TV. There is also a cozy sunroom that welcomes hot coffee, good books and great conversation overlooking the serene backyard. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is connected to the primary bedroom on the first floor and has a walk-in shower, large jacuzzi tub, toilet and dual vanities. Bathroom 2 is a communal bathroom that has a single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combo. Outside: This vacation home is chock full of games and activities for people of all ages. The front yard has a large, beautiful, flat lawn that’s perfect for family games. There is a disc golf hole, a large net for those who like to practice their golf swing, Kan Jam and a pickleball net that can easily be positioned in the driveway. The back yard has a patio area with conversational seating, picnic table and propane heater for those cool evenings, a solo stove fire pit nestled in the woods, 2 Stand Up Paddle boards, a tandem fishing kayak. For the littles, there is a Slack Line with swings and gym rings. There is a pier/boat house with cleats to tie up your boat. The water off the pier is about 4 feet deep. The closest public boat ramp is the NC Wildlife Boat Access Ramp, Wildlife Landing, Henrico, NC 27842 and is about 8 minutes away. PET POLICY: This is a dog-friendly home; however, guests are required to notify the host in advance they are bringing a dog and pay a $200 non refundable pet fee. Guests who do not inform the host they are bringing the dog and who do not pay the pet fee will be evicted immediately without refund. Pet owners must: - Keep dog on a leash when outdoors and must be crated if left unattended - Collect, bag and dispose of pet waste in the outdoor trash receptacle - Keep dog off furniture - Provide their own towels to clean/dry dog - Pay for damages and excessive cleaning caused by dog
