Relax at this peaceful place to stay 1km from beach. Across road from a park and bush walks. Bus is around the corner. Perfect for students from other countries as I have my working with children card. TV is old and has chrome cast. Wifi is good. Room is a small queen size and more a budget style. Kitchen is available if needed but not cleaned for hosting. Lounge and backyard are also not prepared for hosting The space Safe clean private bdrm and toilet and bathroom and part hallway. The lounges and kitchen are not cleaned for guest use and there is a friendly german shepherd and two cats. The kids can be noisy but we love visitors especially from different countries! We have the room nearest the front door and the airbnb is next after this with a bathroom in between and the airbnb toilet and bathroom are the next rooms after this. Other things to note This is a no smoking and no drinking house and this is mandatory. We do have no shoes in the house also.
