Private room in a 2-room apartment

I offer my room in a quiet two-room apartment, close to shops, restaurants, bakery, bars and transport (Lines 8, 10 and RER C). I will share the living room with you except in the evening when I am there because I sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment is located in the Beaugrenelle neighborhood. The banks of the Seine are within a 15-minute walk and the Eiffel Tower is about a 25-minute walk. No smoking in the apartment. Parties and pets are not allowed. I'll be happy to host you!
