Wildlife encounters, including spiders and scorpions, are normal here. Enjoy a bedside fireplace, sunbathing deck, workspace with Starlink, and outdoor dining. Experience comfort and attentive service in a haven nurtured over 20 years of reforestation. The space Welcome to Casa Árbol in El Jaibalito, Lago Atitlán. Just a 15-minute walk from Jaibalito public dock or a 10-minute walk from our lake access by Casa Pamacanya. Our guardian, Cruz, will be there to welcome you and guide the way. He can assist with carrying your bags, though we kindly ask that you pack luggage you can comfortably manage yourself. For any bags Cruz carries, there is a service fee of Q60.00 per bag. Staff is available for grocery shopping, cooking, and booking boat rides. Enjoy filtered well water. Every room has windows that open to lush greenery and expansive views allowing you to enjoy being in nature while inside your home. Casa Árbol is a three-story loft space with a generous 500-square-foot indoor floor plan. Our favorite part about the open floor plan is that it allows the perfect natural light to pour in from all four directions, all day long. Perfect for a cozy retreat with a partner. Your hosts are artists and passionate about wellness hospitality. We do everything we can to bring creative and thoughtful touches to the property. From Guatemala City, the drive to Cayucos Marina in Panajachel takes approximately 3–4 hours. Transportation to and from La Aurora Airport can be arranged upon request. From Cayucos Marina, our private boat brings you to Casa Árbol in about 15 minutes. The boat service fee starts at Q200 per trip and may vary depending on your time of arrival. Public boats are also available daily between 7:00 am and 7:30 pm.
