Ciampino Airport – 4.5 km Fiumicino Airport – 35 km I look forward to your visit🫠 The space La Casa di Ale is located in the Metropolitan City of Rome and within the Castelli Romani Park, with its beautiful villages. Just a few kilometers from the house are Frascati, Castel Gandolfo, Ariccia, Lake Albano, and Lake Nemi. A few hundred meters away are the Via Francigena and the Appian Way (10th–11th mile), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The house’s location is perfect for discovering the natural and food-and-wine-related beauties of the Castelli Romani and for visiting the splendid city of Rome in a day. The apartment is on the second floor of a condominium building, without an elevator. It has two double bedrooms with a tower fan in summer, a large second bedroom with three single beds, equipped with air conditioning, a bright living room with a sofa bed with a square and a half and another small living room, both equipped with air conditioners. You will find a large open space to be able to converse and be in company, two equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, one with a double sink and a large shower. There are two balconies overlooking the Castelli Romani hills, and one with a view that, on clear days, extends as far as Rome. My home is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or business groups. It is spacious and bright, has free Wi-Fi, and is cooled in the summer by three air-conditioning units, while in the winter, it has central heating that is turned on in accordance with the regulations of the Metropolitan City of Rome. We have a free public parking space just outside the pedestrian entrance to Casa di Ale, as well as an indoor parking space in the condominium courtyard available for guests. The distance from central Rome (Termini Station) by car is only 20 km, and it is also easily accessible by public transport. There are regional trains on the Castelli Romani line (FL4 A and FL4 V – ticket price €1.50 – journey time 20 minutes) that stop at S. Maria delle Mole station, just over 1 km away (a 15-minute walk), or there are buses on the Cotral suburban line that run along Via Appia Nuova and stop at the Frattocchie stop (F3575 Marino – Via Appia), which is just a 5-minute walk from the house and takes you to the Anagnina Metro Station on Line A. It will be a pleasure to meet you and welcome you into my home. I look forward to your visit....... Guest access The entire apartment is at guests' complete disposal. There are also three balconies for exclusive use.
