This A-frame, 3-bedroom house is on a quiet street in Vilpatti, just 6 km from the central Kodaikanal. With nearly three-quarters of the front built with glass, the living room offers amazing views of the serene mountains. The house features a beautiful, extensive patio, a mini library, comfortable work seating, and a fully functional kitchen, making it perfect for families with kids. The sunrise view, with rays falling on the mountains, is best enjoyed from the first floor. The space 3 BEDROOMS: Attached bathrooms with geysers and basic toiletries. 1) Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Queen size bed with wardrobe and dedicated work desk. 2) Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Compact room with Queen size bed and open wardrobe. 3) Bedroom 3 (First Floor): Queen size bed with open wardrobe and dedicated work desk. This room has two glass doors—one with access to the balcony and the other as an entry door with a scenic mountain view. LIVING ROOM: 1) Open concept with a kitchen and breakfast counter. 2) Elongated glass doors lead to an extensive patio, perfect for morning meditation, reading, or enjoying sunsets. KITCHEN: 1) Fully functional kitchen with fridge, microwave, mixie, electric kettle, gas stove, and all necessary utensils. 2) Includes tea, coffee, sugar, and milk powder. You’ll need to buy groceries for cooking. Our caretakers can help with the purchase, but an additional charge will apply for the errand. ENTERTAINMENT: 1) Large smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming your favourite shows. 2) Mini Library: Featuring bestsellers and a cozy chair positioned to enjoy the stunning scenic view, making it the highlight of the house. 3) Indoor games (Uno/ Cards/ Ludo/ Snake & Ladder) and toys for kids. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: 1) A side door from the kitchen opens to a small garden with access to a bonfire area. 2) High-speed internet. 3) Bath towels and basic toiletries provided. 4) Inverter & GenSet backup available. 5) We have a BBQ grill. 6) Car parking facility: can comfortably park 2 cars. 7) Iron box provided. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy! Other things to note 1) Complimentary breakfast is NOT included. However, home-cooked meals can be arranged by our caretakers (charges apply) and delivered to your doorstep. They also offer a menu. Please note: The caretakers do not live or cook on the property, ensuring your privacy. 2) We do not have accommodation for drivers, so please plan your trip accordingly. That said, there’s a spot right opposite our place where drivers can use the restroom facilities. They charge 100rs per day for that. 3) Please note: While we don't charge a cleaning fee before booking on Airbnb, any additional cleaning during your stay (such as dishwashing, floor cleaning, or other housekeeping services) will incur an extra fee. 4) A bonfire can be arranged in our small lawn for 1000 INR. 5) A 7-skewer BBQ grill is available for personal use. The caretakers can provide marinated meat according to your preferences for an additional fee. 6) You can check in directly using the self check-in option. The lockbox code will be shared with you before your arrival. 7) We have one room heater. The third bedroom on the first floor has pine roofing, which naturally keeps it warm. 8) In case of a power cut, the UPS supports one charging port and one light in each room, the TV, Wi-Fi, and the light above the kitchen sink. For geyser use during an outage, please contact the caretakers—they can start the generator. 9) Before you reach our property, there is a 200 metre steep stretch with hairpin bends; however, it’s easily manageable for any car. 10) In addition to the fully equipped kitchen and meals arranged by our caretakers, we also provide restaurant recommendations before your arrival.
