The Studio is equipped with smart lock, keyless digital entry systems. Each code is randomly generated for each guest and has specific dates of usage to ensure safety and security for all guests, both in the future and currently. Please be mindful of closing the door so as it latches correctly. LIVING AREA & ENTERTAINMENT HUB: Unwind in style in our modern and quaint living area, featuring a plush sofa perfect for relaxation. Dive into your favorite shows on the 50" Samsung TV, connected to a popular streaming service Netflix for endless entertainment. Whether you're unwinding or catching up on your favorite shows, we've got your entertainment covered. KITCHENETTE DELIGHTS: Your culinary needs are covered with our kitchenette, with an induction stove top and necessary pot and pan. Lo Guest access ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS: We've made a few updates to make your stay even more convenient: *NO SMOKING: There is absolutely no smoking inside the Studio. * TRASH Disposal Made Easy: Dispose of your trash effortlessly – our bins are conveniently located in front of the home. * PARKING Simplicity: No need to stress about parking. Please park your car in the driveway, ensuring a straightforward and secure parking experience. Please leave space for two cars in the driveway, two cars in front of the home. There is also additional parking along the fence near the closest cross street. Parking is on a first come, first served basis. Please allow space for others. Other things to note LOCATION: The house is in a very desirable, safe and beautiful neighborhood in the Northwest part of Turlock. Turlock is a small, quaint town located between San Francisco and Yosemite. Also, somewhat close to Lake Tahoe and Reno.
