Welcome to our spacious and completely private basement apartment, located 10 minutes from LU! The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it a great choice for families, couples, or solo travelers. Located in a cul-de-sac with farm views off the back porch, this is the perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay. Need to stay a while? The space Our apartment is a large studio (800 sq ft) with a full kitchen, large living room, a full bathroom, a King bed and a twin sized day bed with an additional twin trundle underneath. Guest access You will have full access to the basement apartment, and you may also use the backyard. If you have kids with you, feel free to use the swing set in the back yard. Guests who book for 3 nights or more may also have access to the basement laundry room! Other things to note The upstairs residents park in the garage, but there are two spots available in the driveway to the right of the garage. The walkway around to the apartment door is on the right side of the house. We do ask that you limit the number of vehicles that you bring to 2 and avoid parking in the cul-de-sac if you can.
