The accommodation has a balcony perfect for relaxing outdoors. The kitchen is modern and over-equipped, with marble countertops and high quality equipment. In the kitchen there is a dining area with a table for 4 people. The living room is equipped with an air conditioner and a 65-inch TV with the possibility to watch YouTube and Netflix. The bedroom also has a TV. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas in the building. They have access to the building's stairs, the building's roof, as well as the smoking area on the rooftop terrace (under construction). Other things to note Our apartments are reserved only for families, married couples (Hotel system - marriage certificate), and non-mixed groups who do not wish to party.
