The main house is 200m2, on two floors, the Beach Villa is 35m2. Located in a quiet residential area, close to services. The terrace has an outdoor hot tub. Sometimes you can dive into the cool waves of Lake Saraavesi for a swim, in winter there is an ice hole at the end of the jetty for brave winter swimmers. Here you will surely enjoy your stay regardless of the season! The space The property consists of two buildings on the same plot. The main house has three bedrooms, two with double beds (160 cm and 140 cm), one with a sofa bed (140 cm). In addition, you have two toilets, 2 showers and an electric sauna. The kitchen has stylish dining dishes for 10 people. The house has a fireplace that creates atmosphere and a glazed balcony where you can enjoy breakfast, for example. Ranta Villa is a beautiful, beautiful log cabin with a sauna, completed in 2025. Downstairs there is a double bed (160cm) and upstairs there are two beds (90cm), which can also be made into a double bed if desired (these are shown in the pictures as bedroom 4 and bedroom 5). Ranta Villa has a Finnish wood sauna, shower and outdoor hot tub, the use of which is included in the price. Ranta Villa also has a small fireplace and a small kitchen and toilet. Photos of Ranta Villa are in the additional photos. The complex is located in a very quiet area with many families with children. Therefore, the house is not rented for parties but only for peaceful get-togethers. In the yard there is a swing and toys for children, in summer also a trampoline. You also have a rowboat and life jackets. There are two playgrounds nearby. The distance to the center of Laukka is about 2.5 km, to Peurunga Spa 4 km. 25 km to Jyväskylä and 18 km to Jyväskylä Airport. Guest access The main house has one locked bedroom and a dressing room with the owner's personal belongings. Other facilities are available to visitors. Other things to note The price includes sheets and towels as well as the use of a washing machine. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the customer. The property must be in the same condition at the end of the holiday as it was when the guests arrived. The sheets are removed from the beds and taken to the utility room. Cleaning supplies can be found in the utility room. Separate cleaning fee of 500 euros.
