This 4-person gite, tastefully renovated, features a bathroom open to the bedroom and a fully equipped living/kitchen area in a mid-century modern style, perfect for a holiday rental in Burgundy. You will stay in one of the entrance pavilions, accessible at street level. This beautiful 45m² apartment, designed in a sleek and bright Mid Century Modern style, is laid out as follows: - a 20m² living area with a 160cm x 200cm sofa bed (comfortable bedding for two adults) with books (novels, travel guides, art books, etc.), open to a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster...), and a dining area with a view of the muses and the Sequoia. - a bedroom with a queen size bed ('160cm x 200cm') and a dresser, open to a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Free parking spaces are available near the accommodation. Equipment for children can be provided on request (travel cot / high chair / baby bath / games...). An ironing board and iron are available on request. Guest access The apartment is reserved exclusively for you throughout your stay. You will enjoy unlimited access to the park, as well as to its facilities: a children's area (swing set, slide, sandbox) and garden lounges located in various spots around the park. Please note that in the event of bad weather conditions (storms, strong winds, etc.), we restrict access to the park for safety reasons (falling branches, etc.). Other things to note This accommodation in the historic center of Autun is close to all the sights and amenities (notably 5 minutes from the cathedral), making it easy to plan your visit. The enclosed park of nearly 1 hectare offers several relaxing spaces: children's games, swing set and slide will delight the little ones, while the grown-ups can enjoy a game of pétanque or other outdoor games which we make available. In addition to road access, Autun is 2 hours from Paris by train / 1h15 from Lyon via the Creusot-Montceau TGV station. The Mobigo line 706 shuttle runs this route several times a day.
