On the beautiful terrace, overlooking Conca d'Oro square, you will find a round table with 4 chairs under a pergotenda that will shelter you from the sun and any evening humidity, a large umbrella with two deck chairs, plants and mood lights. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Access to the owner will be allowed, at any time, upon notice and only at times when the property is not occupied. The entrance door, which opens fully, measures 110 cm. Access to the terrace, having a 10 cm step, is possible for any disabled person with a wheelchair, through a steel ramp that can be found on the terrace. Access to the apartment is also possible without keys, via a digital keypad, with a number provided at check-in. Other things to note For those arriving in Rome by car, it is possible to park in the blue stripes, for a fee during the day; if you are lucky there is a chance to take advantage of some parking spaces in the white stripes (free); Alternatively, there is a private gated parking lot on Via Val Seriana. For arrival from the ROME TERMINI train station, you can take the Metro Line B1 that arrives right under the house, "Conca d'Oro" stop. While from the ROME TIBURTINA train station, take Line B, get off at "Bologna" and change to Line B1 - direction Jonio - getting off at "Conca d'oro". For arrivals from FIUMICINO AIRPORT, you can take the RV regional train to Termini Station (32 minutes), then take the B1 Metro - direction Jonio - and get off at the "Conca d'Oro" stop.
