Two bedrooms offer luxurious queen-size memory foam beds, while the third bedroom has a cozy twin bed. Every room includes a workstation or a makeup area complete with mirrors, lighting, desks, and chairs. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main level, with the other two on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with bedside lamps featuring USB ports for easy device charging. ⟡⟡ BATHROOM ⟡⟡ A full bathroom on the main level, complete with a sink, toilet, and a shower/tub combination. You'll find a hairdryer, full-size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap), along with bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Additional bathroom essentials are conveniently stored in the bathroom cabinet. ⟡⟡ KITCHEN & DINING ⟡⟡ The kitchen is located right off of the main living area, and is loaded with appliances & a coffee station. Included: Drip coffee maker, French press, Regular and Decaffe coffee, tea, artificial sweeteners and regular sugar. Full set of pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups and utensils, microwave, toaster, airfyer, baking sheets/cutting boards. Street parking during the day is allowed but not during late nights. Overnight Street parking is restricted from 2:00am to 5:00am. No Parking on the streets during those hours. Note: during the week around 3pm street parking may be congested due to families picking up kids from the nearby school that only lasts for about 10 minutes. ⟡⟡ PEACE OF MIND ⟡⟡ This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest’s health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade nontoxic sanitation products and change out all linens including comforters/quilts, pillow shams, bed sheets, towels, and bath mats that are professionally laundered and sanitized in between each stay. Other things to note - This property includes security features, such as smart locks and two ring Ring cameras for your safety and peace of mind. A ring doorbell camera located at the front door and the flood camera located on top of the garage facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house. - The person that made the reservation must be present at the property for the duration of reservation. If the person making the reservations is not present please notify us in advance and make sure to include the guest in the messages so they receive all necessary information and updates regarding the property and their stay - PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings and parties. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property. - SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors. - QUITE HOURS: Please note that we love our neighbors and ask that all guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from having loud music during your stay. - ****** VERY IMPORTANT *****REMOVE SHOES: Once inside the home we ask that you please remove your shoes. We pride ourselves in keeping our homes as nice as possible for all of our guests to enjoy. - The stairway to the 2nd floor have handrails making it easy and safe to go upstairs. - While all guests are welcome please note that our home may not be childproof for toddlers as our unit's décor contains, metal and glass items that are easy to tip over by a toddler. If you chose to move lightweight items out of the way to prevent this, we are perfectly ok with it. - Damage and Excessive Cleaning Policy Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, including but not limited to furniture, appliances, and fixtures. This includes any dents in the walls or holes in the flooring. Additionally, if carpets are burned or stained beyond cleaning, or if excessive cleaning is required after your stay, additional fees will be charged. These fees cover the cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement as necessary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality of our rental for all guests. To ensure the longevity of our rugs and maintain their pristine condition, we have introduced a $250 cleaning fee if rug cleaning is required. This fee will be applied if the rugs incur dirt or stains that necessitate professional cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our no shoe policy to keep our home beautiful and comfortable for everyone.
