Located next to Marton Meadows 9 Hole golf course and driving range, this house is a perfect property to take time to sit back and relax, use popular cycling and walking tracks or hit a few golf balls in the scenic Cheshire countryside. Marton Village is located in Macclesfield with a short drive to Congleton and popular surrounding villages such as Knutsford, Alderly Edge and Wilmslow. The space New house farm is a renovated property originally the farm house to Marton Meadows Farm. The house has a large living space with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. In the ground floor is is additionally a secondary lounge/play room and down stairs toilet. To the first floor there is a viewing gallery over the dining area leading to 4 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom. The front garden is a large area with driveway. Rear garden has a patio with garden space and covered seating area. Guest access The whole house is accessible however there are a few locked cupboards and the garage will be locked and unable to be used. Other things to note We do accommodate for small Dogs however we request that you ask us in advance of booking your stay and under no circumstances are the dogs allowed upstairs in the property.
