Please note the following guidelines when booking with pets: -We accept a maximum of two pets per villa. -An additional fee of ₱700 will be charged. -A refundable pet security deposit of ₱2000 will be collected upon check-in. (This is in addition to the room security deposit ₱5000. If you bring your pets, we will collect a total of ₱7000 refundable security deposit upon check in.) -We accept pets weighing up to 40 lbs (such as beagles, French bulldogs, pugs, and similar breeds). -Pets must wear diapers throughout their stay, and owners are responsible to clean up after their pets. -To keep our villas clean and comfortable for all guests, pets are not allowed on the sofas, beds, or swimming pools. Guests must check in any time between 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check out at 12 PM at the latest. 3. Early check-in is subject to availability and with an additional charge of P1000 per hour. 4. No smoking on the premise. 5. Small pets are allowed with ₱700 pet fee and a pet security deposit of ₱2000. 6. Our home is not a full-service hotel. Please clean up after yourselves when dining. 7. Strictly no heavy cooking in the in-house kitchen. For deep-frying, barbecuing, etc., please use the common kitchen. 8. We do not accept reservations for wedding preparation. HEADCOUNT 1.
