Large house for 9 people, 15 minutes from Quebec City center. All rooms are of good size. South facing terrace overlooking the city center and a Napoleon BBQ which is covered. The house has 5 bedrooms. This way, everyone will be able to settle in comfortably. The driveway accommodates 2 cars. The house is well served by bus routes 39-52. Course 801 is a 10-minute walk away. The space Fully equipped, with an espresso machine, and a 2-unit heat pump to keep you warm or cool. 1 unit in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. My back neighbor is a soccer field, basketball, water games and a small park. There is a foosball table, a drum kit, and a keyboard. Guest access We live in the house. You'll find clothes in the bedrooms. There will be no one in the house during your stay. All my personal belongings will be stored. You will have access to the whole house except one room. Other things to note The arpidrome is a 2-minute walk away. The Vidéotron center and the big market are a 13-minute drive away. Village Vacances Valcartier is 30 minutes away by car.
