Guest access This is a lower level of a home, there will be occupants with a secure entrance living in the upper suite. The backyard is “shared” with the occupants upstairs. It may not be suitable for all groups. The units are pet friendly so you may meet dogs during your stay. Other things to note The backyard is a shared space. The garage is not for guest use. Please be aware that this is a basement unit. Please note that there may be potential for noise, and the ceiling height is approximately 8 feet. Note the size of the futon when booking. Though we accomodate up to four people, some groups may find it to be too small. Ensure you review the photos prior to confirming your booking. Should you wish to rent a single cot or two from us, please let us know in advance. Fees do apply and we only have a limited number available at any one time so they must be reserved in advance. If the guests intend to use the BBQ or outdoor fire table they must bring their own propane or refill the tanks that are on-site.
