Guest access The unit is located three levels below the car park of a residential building. There is another Airbnb unit adjacent to this one. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. However, the balcony in front of the unit and the outdoor grilling area are shared spaces with guests staying in the neighboring unit. Other things to note READ BEFORE BOOKING: 1. Parking Policy: Strictly one vehicle is allowed per unit. 2. Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. 3.
