A unique and beautiful little cocoon lake side house sitting on a 1700sqm private hill land. There’s also a hanging area with a Firepit for your bbqs and s’mores. The space This charming villa sleeps six guests across three comfortable bedrooms, two offering stunning lake views. The bathroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a spacious bathtub, a rain shower, and double basins set atop elegant white marble countertops. Unwind in the cozy living room with panoramic vistas, where the ever-changing colors of the lake create a serene backdrop for your morning coffee. The open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need, and the fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance. Enjoy meals in the light-filled veranda dining area, where nature feels just a step away. Guest access During your stay, you’ll be able to park your car in the closed garage where there’s a Tesla charger. The garage is of standard size which do not accommodate oversized vehicles. However, there are plenty of free options to park by the lakeside road nearby. Please note that there is a flight of stairs from the garage to the house, so it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. It’s located 5-10 minutes away from the highway, the nearest airport, train stations, supermarkets, the golf course, a horse racecourse, the marina, casinos, spas and cinemas. And the neighboring towns of Aix-les-Bains, historical Chambery and picturesque Annecy are just a short 15mins drive away. One hour drive from Geneva airport and Lyon airport. Other things to note The house’s veranda is adjacent to our… private grotto! It’s over 70sqm, has two natural water fountains inside and acts as a natural cool air conditioner for the full house during those hot and sunny summer days. The grotto’s water flows out into a small pond where our small fish grows larger and larger. It’s really quite unique :) As the house is so close to the lake, I can leave you my paddle board for the duration of your stay for a small fee if you’d like, so you can enjoy the special feeling of being “on” the lake at any time.
