The space THE HOUSE _______________________________________ This cozy and modern house invites you to enjoy a relaxing getaway or a longer stay if you work remotely. Inside, you'll find a single living space that combines the kitchen and living room. The bedroom is separated by a small hallway. The bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size bed and a spacious wardrobe. The living area features a pull-out sofa bed that comfortably accommodates two more people. The bathroom with its rain shower with hot water is separate and closed. Apart from that there is an outdoor shower to refresh after a day at the beach or surfing. On our spacious terraze you can relax in the hanging chair or hammocks, or enjoy the sunset from the two terrace chairs with a glass of wine. Thanks to the three large windows that can be fully opened, the house is always naturally lit and fresh with the sea breeze. Last but not least, you can enjoy our private jacuzzi with the best panoramic view of the whole coast, which is refreshing during the day and nice and hot at night, perfect for spending the night at home watching the stars. This home is the perfect retreat for couples or digital nomads seeking nature, peace, and privacy. GETTING TO THE HOUSE _______________________________________ To get to the house, you have to go up a rural road that, in prolonged rain, can become muddy and slippery, meaning that not all types of cars can reach the house. In these cases you can park 100m from the house, beneath the hill. AYAMPE _______________________________________ Ayampe is a charming surfer village on the coast of Ecuador! Known for its pristine beaches, year-round waves, and relaxed atmosphere, you can start your day there with yoga classes, try spiritual ceremonies, and explore different beaches and islands of Machalilla National Park with boat tours. Guest access As a guest, you have exclusive access to the entire property, including the garden and parking. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS _______________________________________ 1) ARRIVAL BY CAR: The house is located 300 meters from the main road. The approach is via a rural path, which includes a slope of 100 meters. Please note that this road may not be suitable for all types of vehicles. 2) ARRIVAL BY BUS/TAXI: The nearest bus stop is located 300 meters from the house (take any bus, they run every 20 minutes in every direction, cost ca. 50 cents, and take you to Ayampe in ca. 2 minutes and to Puerto Lopez in ca. 20 minutes). However, please be aware that you will need to tackle a steep incline of 100 meters to reach the house. You can get to Ayampe from Guayaquil by bus (terminal terrestre, company CLP), taxi or rental car (both from the airport) in 4h. 3) SMALL CHILDREN: Our charming house does not have railings on the terrace. Although the view is spectacular, we we do not recommend reservations with small children as there is no adequate protection. 4) GARDEN: Our garden is still in the design and planting process, so it's not yet in full bloom. However, surrounded by forests, you can still fully enjoy nature. 5) ELECTRICITY: Occasionally, the forces of nature deprive us of light on the coast, but fret not, power typically returns within a few hours. Meanwhile, take the chance to disconnect and relish the unique starry sky.
